PURPOSE:To make a titled container small and to automate its manufacturing step by constituting a fixed terminal and lead wire with a single metallic plate by simultaneous working, placing the fixed part of the device inside and the lead part outside respectively, and arranging respective planes parallel in planes different from each other. CONSTITUTION:A metallic flange 21, and lead and crystal oscillator fixing terminals 22, 24, 26, 27 are simultaneously worked from one metallic plate. The terminal 24, for instance, is provided with an insular part 25 and used as electric shielding for the oscillator and used as an electrode for grounding. The part 25 and those parts 22', 24', 26', 27' which fix the oscillator are bent beforehand and worked in such a manner that a plane of the fixing part and a plane of lead part constitute planes parallel to each other. Separately formed insulating glass part 23 is stuck to metallic parts such as a flange 21, a lead 22 etc. and sealed airtightly. The form of the airtight container 2 made by this way can be determined according to the form of the crystal oscillator, and the space factor can be improved sharply. Further, the step can be automated. |
