A method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display device is provided easily to etch a pixel definition layer having a wide margin by using a laser beam. A method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display device includes the steps of: forming a gate electrode(120) and a pixel electrode(140) on a substrate(110); forming a gate insulation layer(150) which covers the gate electrode and the pixel electrode; forming a source electrode(160), a drain electrode(170), and an organic semiconductor layer(180) which is contacted with the source electrode and the drain electrode; forming a pixel definition layer(200) on the gate insulation layer to cover the source electrode, the drain electrode and the organic semiconductor layer; forming an aperture for the pixel electrode to be exposed by etching the pixel definition layer using a laser ablation; forming an organic light emitting layer on the aperture; and forming an opposite electrode on the organic light emitting layer. |
