PURPOSE:To eliminate troubles after re-starting, by leaving a slack in a fixed reel when a tape is stopped from the run state, and absorbing the slack with the rotation of a roller separately driven afterward. CONSTITUTION:A tape guide arm 12 which changes the path of a tape 3 so that the tape 3 is not contacted with a magnetic head mechanism 17 and a tape driving mechanism when a running endless tape 3 stops, is provided. Further, the pressing contact of a pinch roller 15 can not be released until the rotation is stopped even if the driving of a capstan 14 is stopped so that a slack 18 is left at the inside of a fixed reel 2 even if the endless tape 3 is stopped, and a leaving slack 18 is led to the outermost circumference of winding section by rotating the tape in contact with the outermost circumference of the endless tape 3 and a slack absorbing roller 9 gives a slack 20. |
