<p>The process for treating hydrocarbonaceous feedstock of which 80 wt.% have a boiling point of greater than 340[deg] C, comprises a catalytic hydrocracking process in a fixed bed at a temperature of 300-500[deg] C, a pressure of 8-12 MPa, a spatial speed of 0.1-10 h ->1>and in presence of hydrogen (50-5000 Nm 3>) for the conversion of hydrocarbonaceous feedstock into lower hydrocarbon compounds having a boiling point of less than 360[deg] C, and separating a resultant gas effluent containing hydrogen and hydrogen sulfide, a fraction of hydrocarbonaceous feedstock and a naphtha fraction. The process for treating hydrocarbonaceous feedstock of which 80 wt.% have a boiling point of greater than 340[deg] C, comprises a catalytic hydrocracking process in a fixed bed at a temperature of 300-500[deg] C, a pressure of 8-12 MPa, a spatial speed of 0.1-10 h ->1>and in presence of hydrogen (50-5000 Nm 3>) for the conversion of hydrocarbonaceous feedstock into lower hydrocarbon compounds having a boiling point of less than 360[deg] C, separating a resultant gas effluent containing hydrogen and hydrogen sulfide, a fraction of hydrocarbonaceous feedstock and a naphtha fraction, hydrotreating the hydrocarbonaceous fraction in contact with a catalyst at a temperature of 200-500[deg] C, a pressure of 4-6 MPa, a liquid spatial speed of 0.1-10 h ->1>in presence of hydrogen (100-5000 Nm 3>), and separating a resultant gas effluent having hydrogen and an oil having a sulfur content of less than 10 ppm. The hydrogen is supplied to hydrotreatment and hydroconversion process by a single compression system in 3 stages having a pressure of 4.5-5 MPa, 9-11 MPa and 13-15 MPa respectively. The hydrogen is supplied to an intermediate compression stage directly by an oil hydrotreatment unit of atmospheric distillation with a pressure of 3-6.5 MPa. An independent claim is included for an installation for treating a hydrocarbonaceous feedstock.</p> |
