<p>PURPOSE:To obtain sequential readout of the content of an incorporated ROM without the need for external address devices, by closing a command input control gate and continuously activating a non-operation command generating circuit, in checking the incorporated ROM. CONSTITUTION:A reset signal from a reset signal generator 17 starts the continuous execution of a non-operation command by a non-operation command generating circuit 12b. At this state, when a control signal of ROM content display is outputted, a command input control gate 20 blocks the data input from an internal data bus 8 to a command latch circuit 9. Next, when a reset signal from the device 17 is released, the content of an incorporated ROM 2 is outputted to a sense amplifier 6. At this state, when a readout signal is given from an internal readout signal generating circuit 7, the amplifier 6 transmits data from the ROM 2 to the bus 8. This data is outputted to a display device 14 for display. Through this operation, the said operation can be repeated as to the content of an internal address generating circuit 3 incremented with the operation of a program counter added by (1).</p> |
