PURPOSE:To accurately position terminals to a printed board and to allow soldering, by providing a projection at a part of a terminal of a magnetic head so that the projection can be pressed in an insertion hole at the printed board side. CONSTITUTION:A projection 2a is formed at the outer side of terminals 2 of a magnetic head 1, and (f)>(b)>(a) is set, where (a) is a diameter of the terminal 2, (f) is a maximum diameter including the projection 2a, and (b) is a diameter of a through-hole 3a of a printed board 3. In soldering the terminals 2 to the printed board 3, the terminals 2 are pressed in the through-holes 3a of the printed board 3 to spread with elastic change of the through-holes 3a and the projection 2a is passed through. Thus, when the position where the projection 2a is formed is determined to a specified size, a gap (g) between the end of the magnetic head 1 and the printed board 3 can be set to a specified size. |
