<p>Method comprises effecting crystallisation, liq.-solid sepn. and purificn., of any prod. crystallisable in the temp. range -70 to +250 deg.C by discontinuous actions succeeding one another in the same appts. The prod. is located outside tubes in which heat transfer is obtd. by successive circulation or evapn. or condensn. of transfer fluid circulating inside the tubes. The appts. is more versatile than in prior art, wherein, circulation evapn. and condensn. required different types of appts. The crystals are static. Heat from the tubes diffuses horizontally and hence the wax thermal gradient is reduced. Improved control of the process is achieved.</p> |
