PURPOSE:To simplify the input operation, by storing data given to a pluraity of controlled sections at a plurality of memories and transmitting data preset with a specific switch operation from the memories to the corresponding controlled sections respectively. CONSTITUTION:Data(accelerating voltage, lens current, magnification, scanning speed, sample position, and gain and the like) transmitted to a high voltage generating circuit 1 of a scanning electronic microscope, a lens power supply 2, a magnification control circuit 3, a scanning signal generating circuit 4, a sample driving circuit 5, a video amplifying circuit 6 and a display section 7 respectively, are stored in memories 8-14. The image of sample is displayed on the display 7 and data values of each controlled section observed by the operator are stored in a specific address of each memory. Thus, when a switch 23 turns on, specific data are respectively given to the controlled sections from the specific address of each memory with the instruction of a control section 22 and the image of sample which is almost satisfied can be displayed on a screen of the display 7. The adjustment can be made by turning exclusive knobs 15-21 of of each controlled section. |
