PURPOSE:To optionally control refrigerating power, by introducing coolant gas to a pressure introducing pipe, providing the pressure introducing pipe in a slide groove and providing the slide groove, control vane and port, equipped with a control valve, in a bottom part at a face-to-face position to a conventional slide groove. CONSTITUTION:If pressure in a pressure introducing pipe 24 is held to a low level, a control vane 21 is contained in a slide groove 20, and coolant gas from a suction part 10 is compressed by a roller 3 to reach a delivery port 11 and perform full load operation of a compressor. In case of holding the pressure in the pressure introducing pipe 24 to a high level, pressure difference, between said pressure and pressure in a cylinder 2, is applied to the bottom part of a control vane 21, and the control vane 21 is press contacted to the roller 3. Under this condition, coolant gas, flowing into from the suction port 10, is compressed before the control vane 21 and released into an enclosed vessel 1 from a port 23 through a control valve 22. Although at this time, friction is applied to the control vane 21 and the roller 3, compressing power is widely decreased in accordance with reduction of a coolant circulating amount. |
