PURPOSE:To display a point of excellence of both junctions in a compressor and improve its reliability and economy, by bronze brazing a steel plate collar to a copper joint pipe, opening hole end surfaces partially to said collar and an enclosed vessel and performing sealing junction between the hold end surfaces through electric resistance welding. CONSTITUTION:A junction hole 11a of a collar 12 and terminal junction hole 11b are opened to a cover vessel 11, especially the collar junction hole 11a is provided with an internal diameter fully enough for movably fitting an external diameter of a cylindrical part 12a of the collar 12. The cylindrical part 12a is inscribed with the external diameter of a joint pipe 13 and formed in suitable length in the collar 12, and a sloped part 12b is gradually spread successively from said cylindrical part 12a and used for an electric resistance welding part, further a flange part 12c, having a flange surface at a right angle with the center of said cylindrical part 12a, is formed in the outside of said sloped part 12b and used as an electrode adapted face at electric resistance welding work. Further in this case, the collar 12 is jointed by brazing to the joint pipe 13 in an inverted cup state. |
