PURPOSE:To protect the high sensitivity, by taking the information forming layer of two disc type recording media inside with each other, uniformly bonding them with an adhesives, vapor-depositing a transparent inorganic protective layer on the surface of the outside and preventing external adverse effect. CONSTITUTION:On one side of a base 1 (transparent plastic plate), an information forming layer 2 consisting of a recording layer and a light reflection layer is provided. This information forming layer 2 is made to the inside and the two layers 2 are laminated horizontally with an adhesive layer 4 (epoxy system). This base 1 has a hydrophilic nature and Te film or the like of the information forming layer is floated with contamination due to water and oxygen in air. To protect this, a laser disc recording medium 5 vacuum-deposited with a transparent inorganic protective layer 3 (oxide or fluoride of Si, Al and the like) is constituted. Through this sectional construction, accurate sensitivity for write/ read at storage or in use can be guaranteed. |
