A life preserver using a fire hose is provided to perform various works by installing an inlet and a sealing cap on the fire hose and injecting air into the fire hose to be used as a life preserver when sufferers occurs on the sea or on the water. A life preserver using a fire hose(20) includes an inlet member(30) and a sealing member(40). An inlet(315) is formed on the inlet member to introduce air by being mounted on one end of the fire hose. The sealing member prevents the air from discharging to outside by being mounted on the other end of the fire hose. The inlet member has a connection unit(61) fixed to one end of the fire hose, a rotational unit(63) having a screw rotatably coupled to the connection unit, and an inlet unit(310) coupled to the rotational unit and formed thereon the inlet to introduce the air. The sealing member is formed in a shape of a cylinder and has a fixing unit(65) and a sealing cap(410). One end of the sealing member is fixed to the fire hose. A screw is formed on an external surface of the other end of the sealing member. The sealing cap is coupled to the fixing unit by having a cylindrical shape of which one end is closed and the screw is formed on an inside surface of the sealing cap.
