<p>PURPOSE:To make fast feed with a constant tape tension and a constant speed, by making operational processing of at least square for the rotating detection output of a supply reel and a winding reel, comparing the result with a reference voltage and controlling the torque of one reel motor. CONSTITUTION:Reel rotating speed detecting discs 31 and 32 are fixed to a rotating shaft of reel motors 21 and 22 directly coupled with a supply reel 1 and a winding reel 2. Light emitting elements 37 and 38 and photodetectors 39 and 40 are provided by opposing with each other through clipping detection holes 35 and 36 of the discs 31 and 32. The output of the detectors 39 and 40 is applied to detection circuits 41 and 42 and given to an operation circuit 50. The output is multiplied 43 and 44 and divided 45 and 46 and added 47 by taking a clock pulse as a reference. Further, an output divided 48, rooted 49 and rectified 51 is compared 53 with a reference voltage 52, and the torque of the motor 22 is controlled via a driving amplifying circuit 54, and control is made so that the tape speed can be constant. Further, an arbitrary tape speed can be selected by changing the voltage 52.</p> |
