The invention relates to a device for automatically bundling especially curved, corrugated flat springs made of spring steel wire, such as sinusoidal springs, zigzag springs and similar products, and is directly assigned a production device for producing the flat springs. By being incorporated in a production line, the device permits automatic spring production from the coiler to the flat spring assembly. The device according to the invention makes possible a substantial increase in productivity by increasing the machine work-load while at the same time saving in manpower. The object of the invention is to provide a device which continuously removes straight as well as curved corrugated flat springs of spring steel wire for different dimensions and forms from the production device, positively lines them up in the correct relative position, compresses them, binds them in measured quantities and ejects them as a flat spring assembly. This is achieved according to the invention in that the listed operations are automated by providing a corresponding device. <IMAGE>
