The invention relates to a turn-and-tilt window with a turn-and-tilt fitting which consists of at least one actuating piece for locking the window and for controlling the transmission rods for the unlocking and locking of the upper turning piece on the pivoting side and of the tilting piece on the underside of the window. The actuating piece is to be actuated as a result of the pressing of the casement against the fixed frame and consists of an elastically mounted switching boss and of a four-tooth switching wheel which comes into engagement with the boss and has four fixed switching positions and which actuates the transmission push rod via an articulated lever.
