PURPOSE:To improve the workability by joining leg blocks under a platform, hoisting thus welded blocks through a leg jack-up device, and repeating the joining-and-hoisting process to compelte a leg assembly. CONSTITUTION:A platform 10 is loaded on a revolving table 22, while a leg block 11a is dropped into a pit 21 through a notched part 12 of the platform 10. Next, the platform 10 is rotated to align the bottom end of a leg 11, which was already held by a jack up device 13 over the platform 10, to the said leg block 11a to join the bottom end of the leg 11 to the leg block 11a. Then, these are jeacked up by jack-up device 13, hoisting these from the pit 21 up to a dock bottom 20. After this, the platform 10 is rotated again to join the next block. |
