PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacturing of a reinforcing part for a sheet, by applying a foaming material to the sheet and foaming and setting the material as the reinforcing part. CONSTITUTION:A material 22 capable of being foamed is applied to a sheet 20 such as a door panel to provide a layer 24. The material 22 is then foamed and set as a reinforcing part 21 by the heat of a drier for a painting process or the like. For the foaming and setting, a gas diffusing preventing material 26 such as kraft may be put on the material 22. Since the material 22 applied to the sheet 20 is foamed and set, the reinforcing part 21 is easily manufactured. |
