APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DRIVING THE MOTOR OF SHIFTER TURN TABLE

An apparatus and a method for driving a motor of a shifter turntable are provided to drive the shifter turntable stably and smoothly by reducing speed of the shifter turntable in multiple steps when the shifter turntable is rotated on rails, thereby preventing the shifter turntable from exceeding an end position. An apparatus for rotating a shifter turntable on rails using a motor, an apparatus for driving the motor of the shifter turntable comprises: a rotation part(100) for rotating the shifter turntable to a predetermined angle; a speed reduction part(200) for reducing speed of the shifter turntable in multiple steps, the shifter turntable being rotated by the rotation part; and a stopping part(300) for stopping a movement of the shifter turntable of which speed has been reduced by the speed reduction part, wherein the speed reduction part comprises: a first speed reduction part(210) for reducing rotary speed of the motor at a first speed reduction ratio; a second speed reduction part(220) for reducing rotary speed of the motor of which rotary speed has been reduced by the first speed reduction part at a second speed reduction ratio larger than the first speed reduction ratio when a predetermined time has passed after reducing the rotary speed of the motor at the first speed reduction ratio; and a third speed reduction part(230) for reducing rotary speed of the motor of which rotary speed has been reduced by the second speed reduction part at a third speed reduction ratio larger than the second speed reduction ratio when a predetermined time has passed after reducing the rotary speed of the motor at the second speed reduction ratio. The speed reduction part further comprises at least one speed reduction part(240) for reducing rotary speed of the motor of which rotary speed has been reduced by the third speed reduction part at a speed reduction ratio larger than the third speed reduction ratio when a predetermined time has passed after reducing the rotary speed of the motor at the third speed reduction ratio.
