A turn-over device for intermediate containers of continuous casting plants for dumping the casting residue consists of a turn-over frame with pivot drive and retention means for the intermediate container. In order to create a simple device, with which both the casting residue and the casting nozzles fitted in the intermediate container bottom can be removed safely and quickly from the intermediate container, the casting nozzles are assigned press-out devices arranged opposite one another on the outside on the turn-over frame.
