Electronic Recording System and Issue of Violations Document System of the Highway Code with an electronic mode by the use of a special portable device suitable for software development using the suitable operating system. The required data of the violator and the type of violation are electronically recorded in the portable device and as a consequence we have direct information of the fine and of the points of violation, as well as that the violation document is supplied in computerized formatat this moment.The advantages of this invention are that by the system of electronic recording of violations of the Highway Code the work of the competent authority and the competent organs is facilitated significantly, being aware of the value of the fine, the points if the violation falls within the Control System of Driver Behavior and the appearance of the background of violations of a specific period for the violator. Furthermore, the recorded document is given to the violator computerized.The recorded certified violations can be sent and they are sent in a wireless or wired mode to a Server without the intermediate intervention of man, safely and quickly. |
