Expansion anchoring pad (10) fitted in an internal step hole (12) and provided at its inner end with locking elements (22) engaged with the step (16) under the effect of a spring (32). The locking elements (22) are kept tightened by an element (46) consisting of a plastic material sleeve (48) with an outer flange (50) of which the diameter is bigger than that of the hole (12). During the introduction of the pad (10) in the hole (12), the flange (50) maintains the element (46) at the entrance of the hole, thereby releasing the locking elements (22) from the sleeve (48), allowing them to spread out. Thin inner tongues (52) provided on the sleeve (48) prevent any inadvertent sliding of the element (46) before introducing the pad. |
