PURPOSE:To greatly reduce the setting procedure for the alarm time, by storing temporarily the alarm time having a high using frequency in correspondence to the switch. CONSTITUTION:For setting of the alarm time, either one of switches S1-SN is operated. Thus the time stored in an alarm time storing RAM M1 corresponding to the switch S1 is stored into an alarm counter 1. This time is compared with the present time through a comparator 2, and an alarm is generated when the coincidence is obtained. For the writing, the timepiece is set in the alarm correction mode to correct the alarm time by means of an external switch, and a memory/set switch is operated to operate either one of the switches S1-SN. As a result, the corrected alarm time is written into the RAMs M1- MN corresonding to the operated switch. In such way, the setting procedure can be greatly reduced for the subsequent alarm time. |
