<p>Method and apparatus for continuous ultrafiltration of complex fluids having components which degrade the filter characteristics. The improved apparatus and method includes the use of one or more techniques to increase the filtration efficiency. The method and apparatus permit the separation of intermediate size or weight components from the complex fluid. By use these improvements, continuous filtration of complex fluids may be achieved, and concentration of intermediate components is enabled.</p> |
