<p>PURPOSE:To perform good laser working inexpensively by disposing a lens for correction to the optical path of an optical system for aiming laser and correcting the deviation between the laser condensing points for working and aiming. CONSTITUTION:The laser from a CO2 laser oscillator 11 is condensed to a working surface 20 through a dichroic mirror 14, and a condenser lens 15, and the laser from an He-Ne laser oscillator 12 is condensed to the surface 20 through a condensing point correcting lens 16 for aiming, a total reflecting mirror 13, a dichroic mirror 14, and the lens 15. Then, the condensing points O, O' of the laser for working and aiming align at the surface 20 and the working surface is visible distinctly; thus it is possible to perform extremely good laser working by condensing the laser for working of high output density to the surface 20.</p> |
