PURPOSE:To realize a channel selection system without the need for the addition of a functional block having the recognizing function of a turning point especially, by incorporating an AD convertion input function. CONSTITUTION:In a large-scale integrated circuit, an input function 1, an output function 2, an operating function 3, a data memory 4, a program memory 5, a tuning function 6, an AD converting input function 7 and a control functions 8 are integrated. The AD conversion input function 7 has a function which outputs the absolute value of the AFT voltage inputted via a terminal 10 or a slope to the frequency change as a digital data with the control by the control function 8. |
