PURPOSE:To simplify a line equipment itself, also to elevate the operation rate of a line, and to raise an effect of investment in equipment, by providing a combination line having both a slitter function and a shot blast treatment function. CONSTITUTION:At the time of a slitter work, a slitter device 12 is moved to an on-line position shown in the figure, which is positioned between the first loop pit 2 and the second loop pit 3. Subsequently, a steel band 13 which has been split and cut in the lengthwise direction by the device 12 is wound up by a tension reel device 5 through a leveler device 4. On the other hand, in case of a shot blast treatment work, the device 12 is kept at a distance of an off- line position, and a shot blast device 14 and a washing and drying device 15 are moved to the on-line position between the pit 2 and the pit 3. Subsequently, the steel band 13 to which shot blast, and washing and drying have been performed is wound up by the device 5 through lubricating roll 10. |
