PURPOSE:To obtain a collective injection mechanism with high reliability by providing an injection pipe and an exhaust pipe protruded on a cylinder section on an injection valve and blocking the top of the cylinder section with a disk through a packing. CONSTITUTION:An injection pipe 6 and an exhaust pipe 7 are provided respectively on opposite sides of a cylinder section 5 of an injection valve 4, and the top of the cylinder section 5 is blocked by a disk 15 through a packing 14, and the lower section is screwed to an injection port 3 with a screw section 16. A liquid level regulating pipe 13 is provided below the injection valve 4, and a liquid level indicator 17 is loosely inserged in it. When a supply liquid is fed into the injection pipe 6, it is injected into a battery jar 1 through an injection inlet 19, and if an exhaust port 20 is exceeded and blocked by the liquid level, the pressure is brought into equilibrium and the supply liquid is stopped flowing. Thus, each cell is injected in succession to the specified liquid level, thereby, a collective injection mechanism which has high reliability and is easy for fabrication and maintenance can be obtained. |
