A combination of heating 10 and cooling 2 elements within an electronic circuit module provide constant temperature regulation, at above or below ambient temperature, in order to achieve maximal performance from semiconductor integrated circuitry 8, 20. The temperature regulation function may be achieved with relatively low current control circuitry operating the heating element, and may be electrically isolated from the integrated circuitry.
