An anti-inflammation cosmetic composition, and a method for preparing an anti-inflammation cosmetic material are provided to enhance the anti-inflammation effect and the safety to the skin. An anti-inflammation cosmetic composition contains the fermentation extract which is obtained by fermenting the mushroom fungi of at least one selected from Ligusticum officinale, Lonicera japonica Thunberg, Rehmannia glutinosa, Schizonepeta tenuifolia var. japonica and Astragalus membranaceus with yeast, lactobacillus and bifidus, and extracting it, as an active ingredient.
