A module for a prefabricated building is provided to assemble and construct immediately in a construction site by being manufactured in a module unit, and to make dismantlement and movement possible. A module for a prefabricated building capable of piling up vertically and horizontally includes at least four first frame units installed vertically in the z-axis direction, at least eight second frame units connected in the x-axis and y-axis directions perpendicular to the z-axis direction at the top and bottom of the second frame unit respectively to form the horizontal borders of the module, and a fastening unit fastening one first frame unit and two second frame units integrally on the inside corner of the module.
