A rear bumper airbag is provided that the additional collision of the vehicles can be prevented as the airbag mounted on the rear bumper is automatically operated when the vehicle has an accident. An air back system comprises a power supply unit, a safety sensor for controlling the supply of the power supply unit, an acceleration sensor for measuring the acceleration of the vehicles, CPU(Central Processing Unit) for controlling the whole circuit of the air back system, first electrical switch and second electrical switch operated according to the command of the central processing unit, an inflator which operates the air bag module while being connected with the switch.
