PURPOSE:To make a machining stage number reducible, by inserting a round bar into a clearance between a flat countersunk screw and a guide rail, and installing a pressing mechanism consisting of making an inclined part of the head of the countersunk screw and this round bar so as to come into contact with each other. CONSTITUTION:A countersunk screw 12 is installed on top of the same base 6 as the setting of a guide 1, and a round bar 13 is inserted in a clearance between the screw 12 and the guide rail 1. This round bar 13 is installed as corresponding to an overall length of the guide rail 1, while the countersunk screw 12 is installed at the same pitch as a clamping bolt 4 of the guide rail 1. When this screw 12 is clamping to the base 6, an inclined part of the head of the countersunk screw 12 comes into contact with the round bar 13. And, when it is further clamping, the guide rail 1 is moved by a component of clamping force via the round bar 13 pressing it to a tool reference plane of the base 6. With this pressing force, straightness in the guide rail rail 1 is maintained. |
