PURPOSE:To obtain a wide measuring range by means of one type of case and components, by constituting a device such that various type of torques are obtained through arbitrary selection of an effective area of a bellows and a position of a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:A differential pressure DELTAP, being a difference between a high pressure HP and a low pressure LP, is applied to a bellows 29 through an opening 34, and the same differential pressure DELTAP is applied to another bellows 30 through a connection path 35. The differential pressure DELTAP is transferred to a torque arm 40 through straps 42 and 43, and an output torque is generated at a rotary shaft 39. Thereby, one type of case and diaphragms 22 and 23 are prepared, and the bellows 29 and 39, which have various effective areas, are selected and mounted thereto, or the position of the rotary shaft 29, that is, a boring position of a perforation 37 is appropriately selected, and this enables to obtain various types of outputs. |
