<p>PURPOSE:To form a high density image depending on a density of a LED array by emitting light at a specific timing synchronizing with the vibration of special lens in the direction of arranging the array as provided between the array and a photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:A lens (an array of lens 23-23'' arranged corresponding to blocks 13-13'' of LEDs 12) is provided between an LED array 10 in which the LEDs 12 are arranged in linearity and a photosensitive body 30 to form equal ratio inverted images. The lens is vibrated in the direction of arrangement of the LEDs 12 with an actuator 29. The LEDs are made to emit light synchronizing with the vibration of the lens at intervals of a fixed period including a time when the amplitude of the lens reaches the maximum thereof at the position where the image of the LEDs on the photosensitive body 30 deviates before and after the reference position (center of the vibration) by a distance corresponding to 1/4 as large as array pitch of the LEDs or that from 1/4 to 1/2 as large as the pitch of the LEDs with the vibration thereof.</p> |
