PURPOSE:To enable to obtain a wide measuring range by means of one type of case and components, by constituting a device such that various type of output torques are obtained through arbitrary selection of an effective area of a pressure-sensitive element and a position of a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:If a high pressure HP and a low pressure LP are inputted to both bellows 32 and 33, a differential pressure DELTAP, being a difference between the high pressure HP and low pressure LP, is applied to both the bellows 32 and 33. The differential pressure DELTAP is applied to a torque arm 36 through straps 38 and 39, and an output torque is generated at a rotary shaft 35. Then, one type of case and diaphragms 22, 23 are prepared, and the bellows 32 and 33, having various areas, are selected and attached thereto, or the position of the rotary shaft 35 is appropriately selected, and this enables to obtain various types of outputs. |
