PURPOSE:To obtain a cabinet for a speaker or the like of various shape by simply changing the shape and arrangemet of adapters, by a method wherein adapters are selectively placed in a flat-plate mold and the assembly is used as a mold. CONSTITUTION:For example, an adapter 2b consisting of a rod having a rectangular cross-sectional shape with length l1, width l0, height L3 and an adapter 2c consisting of a rod having a rectangular cross-sectional shape with length l2[=(L2-2l0)/3], width l0, height L3 are placed in a groove 2a provided in a lower mold 2. A synthetic resin or the like is pressed by using the flat-plate molds 1, 2 to obtain four flat plate Ba, Bb, Bc, Bd. The cabinet with height l1, width l3, depth l2 is produced by using the flat plates Ba-Bd. EFFECT:There is no need for exclusive molds because of the general use properties of the mold. |
