PURPOSE:To enable a planetary motion by using a planetary ball which is brought into contact with each taper surface of an input shaft, an output shaft and a fixed member at a point on the peripheral surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:A planetary ball 8 is brought into contact with wall surfaces 6, 7 and inner walls 9, 13, each surface of which is tapered so as to hold the planetary ball 8 easily. If one or some of such taper angles are changed, the planetary ball 8 changes in the direction of its axis CL' of rotation, rotation speed, revolution speed and distances RP, RQ, RT, which results in that the speed change ratio changes according to such changes. Since it is easy to partly change parts which are different only in the taper angle of its contacting surface with the planetary ball 8, various speed change ratios can be obtained by a partly exchange. |
