The coil (1) has an outer capacitor coil (5) and an inner capacitor coil (6) that are wound with each other into a spiral shape in a planarly parallel manner below an intermediate layer of a dielectric (7). The coil is formed as a compact air-core coil without a coil core. The coils (5, 6) have electrically conductive foils, and are integrated into a coil strand. The coil (1) is inversely arranged with another band capacitor coil so that a magnetic field simultaneously experiences magnetic attraction of the coil (1) and magnetic repulsion of the latter band capacitor coil.
