PURPOSE:To prevent the fracture of an electrifying electrode, the strain of printing, etc. due to ink dropping, and to simplify the device by integrally mounting a deflection electrode together with a liquid-drop generator and providing the deflection electrode with the function of a gutter in combination. CONSTITUTION:Ink ejected from the nozzle 13 of the liquid-drop generator 1 forms a liquid-drop row 10 by the working of an ultrasonic vibrator 12, and is subject to electrification corresponding to a picture by the opposite type electrifying electrode 2 mounted near the liquid-drop generator 1. That is, unprinted liquid-drops are electrified, and deflected by the deflection electrode 3. The deflection electrode 3 is integrally shaped together with the liquid-drop generator 1, meshes 6 are formed, and the liquid-drops are caught, and recoved to an ink circulation system 5. |
