摘要 PURPOSE:To practically obtain the prescribed output from a synchronous motor at a rotating speed higher than the rated rotating speed by controlling the magnitude of an armature current, its phse and torque angle to satisfy the specific relation. CONSTITUTION:An addition unit 6 outputs a difference between a speed signal representing the angular speed of a rotary magnetic field and a speed command signal to a frequency signal generator 7, and the output fro the generator 7 is inputted together with the output of a synchronous motor characteristic value memory 8 to a torque angle calculator 9. The outputs of the calculator 9 and the memory 8 are inputted to Id, Iq calculator 10, which calculates the magnitude of the armature current I. A 3- phase converter 1 produces 3-phase current command of an armature coil. The output of the calculator 9 and the output signals of the calculator 10 and a magnetic field position signal forming unit 15 are inputted to a current phase calculator 13, which calculates the phase difference between the induced electromotive force and the armature current. The outputs of the calculator 13 and a 3-phase converter 11 are inputted to a 3-phase current controlled power source 12, which brakes the magnitude and the phase of the armature current.
