<p>A sensor unit that does not allow entry of water into it from the outside, that does not allow entry of water into a sensor and peripheral circuits caused by heat deformation of the inside of the sensor unit due to a change in the temperature of the outside, that enhances reliability of a product using the sensor unit, and that can be produced at low cost. Insulative liquid (LQ) is impregnated into a gap between a sensor device (2) and a cover material (3), a gap between a cable core wire (6) and a cable insulation coating (7), a gap between the cable insulation coating (7) and a cable cover (8), and a gap between the cover material (3) and a cable.</p> |
