PURPOSE:To increase the strength against stresses applied to a rotor through vanes in comparison with that of a rotor cut out of a round bar and improve the productivity due to the short work process by laminating iron plates to form a rotor. CONSTITUTION:Iron plates 8 with a thickness of 1-2mm. are provided with four vane grooves 9, and are fitted together by binding sections 10 to form a rotor 11. Four through holes 12 are provided on an iron plate 8' located at the uppermost end of the rotor 11, and a projections 13 of the adjoining iron plate 8 are inserted into the through holes 12 in the mold. Up to 36 iron plates 8 can be laminated by press work in a state that the projections 13 are fitted into concave sections 13a at the rear of the projections 13 of the adjoining iron plate 8. Then, end sections 9a of the vane grooves 9 are welded and fixed. Thereby, since the rotor 11 is formed by laminating the iron plates 8, it has a larger strength and a less damage compared with the case of cutting out of a round bar, and can also be produced at a low cost and the improved productivity due to a short work process. |
