PURPOSE:To facilitate preparation of a base, by protruding a plate shaped member through drawing, opening its protruded part, forming the opening to a cylindrical boss part, folding a root part of the cylindrical boss part and forming a spring receiver part. CONSTITUTION:A fixed base 3, screwed to a signal generator case, consists of a base part 3a, secured to the case unit, cylindrical boss part 3b, internally peripherally having a sliding surface 31, and a spring receiver part 3c, folded back to a root part of said boss part 3b, and a turning base plate, controlled with its turning motion by an advance device, is fitted to the sliding surface 31. Manufacture of this fixed base 3 is performed in such a manner that the central part of a plate shaped member 300 is firstly worked by drawing to form a protruded part 302, and its point end part 303 is opened by punch, then an opening part 304 is molded to cylindrical shape by press work, and then a curved part of the protruded part 302 and a base part 301 is folded back, finally a spring receiver part is formed. This process, being performed by almost the same press work, can manufacture the fixed base in a short time. |
