PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having well-balanced properties between high impact resistance and other perfomances, containing a rubbery polymer having a specified average particle size and contg. a specified amount of methanol-soluble matter as dispersed particles and a specified amount of an organopolysiloxane. CONSTITUTION:The titled compsn. contains, as dispersed particles, 1-15wt% rubbery polymer having an average particle size of 0.5-2.5mu and contg. not more than 3wt% methanol-soluble matter and 0.005-0.2wt% (in terms of silicon) organopolysiloxane such as polymethylsiloxane. This compsn. retains well-balanced properties between high impact resistance and other performances. |
