<p>PURPOSE:To form the flexible films by executing oil repelling treatment to the outer surfaces of knit cloth gloves, the spaces between adjacent fiber yarns thereof are made 1.5-4.0 times as large as the size of the fiber yarn, and coating a vinyl chloride resin paste while preventing hydraulic pressure from exerting on its surface and heating and melting the resin, causing gelation and cooling thereafter. CONSTITUTION:Oil repelling treatment is executed onto the outer surfaces of the knit cloth gloves 3 or woven cloth gloves 4, the spaces between adjacent fiber yarns 5 thereof are made 1.5-4.0 times as large as the size of the fiber yarn 5, by an oil repelling agent having oil repelling property, such as fluorine containing resin, silicon resin, etc., and oil-repelling treated layers 6 are formed. The vinyl chloride resin paste is applied onto the gloves 3 or 4 in a non-pressure condition through dropping or spray or the like lest the hydraulic pressure should exert; the paste is heated and melted, and gelled completely and then cooled, and the cross-linked layer 7 is formed of said vinyl chloride resin. Accordingly, the flexible film having elasticity is obtained because the cross-linked layer 7 of the vinyl chloride resin is thinly shaped.</p> |
