<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device has heating units for maintaining a cooling fluid, which circulates inside a heat engine (200), at a temperature after stopping the heat engine, where the temperature is near a standard operating temperature of the heat engine. The heating units have an electrical resistor that is directly integrated inside a cooling circuit (100) of the engine. Storing units (20) store and limit heat loss of the fluid when the engine is stopped, and have a tank that is thermally isolated from and mounted in diversion relative to the circuit. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Preheating device for improving cold operation of a heat engine in a motor vehicle (all claimed) such as hybrid vehicle i.e. car (from drawings). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The heating units maintain the cooling fluid at the temperature after stopping the heat engine, where the temperature is near the standard operating temperature of the heat engine, thus facilitating heating of the fluid when the engine does not operates for partially compensating heat loss without influencing the heat loss on the fluid continuing natural cooling of the engine, and retaining the temperature higher than an ambient temperature without attaining the standard operating temperature of the heat engine.
