PURPOSE:To save the number of manufacturing steps and the cost of the material of a motor shaft grinding the motor shaft to the same size as the outer diameter when a thick diameter part is formed at the rotor clamping position of the motor shaft and forming the thick diameter part by resin molding. CONSTITUTION:When a stepped diameter part is formed between a rotor 4 clamping part and a ball bearing 6 clamping part on a motor shaft 5, the shaft 5 is first ground to the same outer diameter size, and a groove 8 is formed at the rotor clamping part. Then, a thick diameter part is formed by a resin molding 9 at the rotor clamping part, and a stepped diameter part is formed between the rotor clamping part and the ball bearing clamping part. In this manner, the number of manufacturing steps and the material can be reduced as compared with the case that one motor shaft material is cut and the stepped diameter part is formed. |
