The device has a delimiting unit (30) delimiting a scaffolding floor positioning and guiding path with plinth forming edges between which a scaffolding floor element (1) is inserted. One of the edges has a movable locking unit cooperated with a complementary locking unit i.e. serrated opening, of the element. The movable unit is temporarily removed during introduction of the element in the path from the top. A return unit i.e. spring, automatically returns the movable unit to an active position in which the locking unit prevents the lifting of the element during insertion of the element.
