<p>The method involves processing data relative to transactions realized by a client (Ci) on a commercial site (SM) to provide a communication service account, and determining an incentive credit to the profit of the client, where the incentive client comprises initial acquisition credit and a variable component depending on the transactions. The access to telecommunication services are controlled by a telecommunication operator (A), where the access depends on existence of an incentive credit associated to the commercial site or associated commercial sites that are higher than a preset value. An independent claim is also included for a system for controlling the access to a telecommunication service in the context of customer loyalty and acquisition program.</p> |
