PURPOSE:To mechanize terminal wire processing operation by facilitating the leading-out of a terminal wire by forming cut parts for preventing an originating and a terminating wire hooked thereupon from being loosened in a magnetic head base provided with a terminal base. CONSTITUTION:To the tip part of a base 1 fitted with a terminal base 3 mounting a terminal 4 for terminal wire connection, a core 2 made of a magnetic material is stuck, thus forming a magnetic head. Then, cut parts 10 are made between the core stuck part and terminal-base fitting part, an originating wire 5 is hooked on the cut part 10 and wound around the core 2; and the terminating wire is hooked on the cut part 10, and the starting and ending terminals are both soldered to terminals. The cut parts 10 are narrow at their entrance parts to prevent the wire from coming out and being loosened. Consequently, the wire is wound by being positioned by being hooked on the cut parts easily, and the handling of the terminal wire is facilitated by both manual operation and mechanical operation. |
